If you’re an avid fan of the microblogging site Twitter, you might want to check out Tweetajob, a service that connects job seekers to opportunity via ‘tweets.’
Employers can purchase tweets on Tweetajob for $5 that will relay the opportunity and location of the job you are advertising to the Tweetajob followers. The job will be tweeted three times a day for 24 hours following the purchase. Keep in mind that the tweet must be under 140 characters.
Employers can also purchase week-long tweeting sessions for $20.
Currently the only locations that are available are in Seattle and the San Francisco Bay area.

very interesting idea…yet another way for twitter to leverage the immense amounts of web traffic, with potential marketability in turn driving some sort of revenue…
hate to say it but if twitter can not find a way to become profitable…bye bye!
