When I looked for a job I wasn't sure I would find the job as there were no sorting, no catalogue, no willingness to help me from administration. Not that good. Hiring managers are still left with the daunting task of making sure they hire right. This means screening, interviewing, background checks, assessments and more. With the economy being what it is, a bad hire in this market is more costly than ever.
