Working as a paid fundraiser for a charity is often a good first job. In the UK we give students training and and motivate them which is great for their future career - even if they don't stay in fundraising .. and especially good if they do. Even a few months of work can make a real difference to the charity and what it is doing to make the world a better place. Excellent move.
