This sounds like great software. Our company is still much too small to need something like this, but I can imagine that larger companies could benefit greatly. Having a standardized way of screening applicants would take out the possibility of missing a great potential applicant due to an HR’s personal prejudices. Everyone would get the beneft of being screened alike.
