Advent, a software and services provider for the global investment management industry, has selected Jobvite’s recruitment cycle software to manage their hiring process.
The company’s 10 offices worldwide will utilize Jobvite’s software to support their external recruitment, applicant tracking, employee referral, and internal mobility with one Saas-based interface.
“At Advent, we’ve built a winning team that values innovation and collaboration. Everyone here has a stake in bringing top talent to Advent,” said John Brennan, Vice President of Human Resources at Advent. “Hiring manager self-service in Jobvite makes our hiring process more efficient, which means we raise our level of execution in competing for top talent. The Jobvite application works for hiring managers because Jobvite is easy to use and fits our business process.”
Jobvite provides Web 2.0 recruitment solutions for a company’s entire recruiting cycle from job posting to hire. Hiring managers are able to sign in to Jobvite and view the status of requisitions and interviews, allowing them to participate on a closer scale with the company’s staffing team.
“Companies who involve their employees effectively in hiring have a strategic advantage in the war for talent,” said Jesper Schultz, Chief Executive Officer of Jobvite. “The social recruitment approach that Jobvite brings to recruiting leverages the collaborative culture at Advent. We are very pleased to support the continued growth of Advent, a leader in investment management software for 25 years.”
Other clients of Jobvite include TiVo, Infinera, and nGenera.

That is understandable that cash makes people autonomous. But how to act when someone does not have money? The one way is to receive the mortgage loans and small business loan.
a good help to boast world economic growth. good post. Thanks for the post.
a very successful site. thank the maker. Issues are also a useful article, good job.
Good day..This sounds like great software. Our company is still much too small to need something like this, but I can imagine that larger companies could benefit greatly. Having a standardized way of screening applicants would take out the possibility of missing a great potential applicant due to an HR’s personal prejudices. Everyone would get the beneft of being screened alike.Thank you for sharing this wonderful info.
better to best
