Interview Exchange, a provider of online recruiting and hiring management solutions, and JobTarget, a provider of recruitment advertisement and job posting management solutions, announce the integration of JobTarget’s OneClick⢠job posting distribution interface with Interview Exchange’s applicant tracking and hiring management systems.
Interview Exchange system architecture (SaaS: Software as a Service) is created using recruitments best practice principles through research and feedback from customers. This software includes sourcing (online as well as offline), screening and hiring management tools that are accessible via user defined dashboard to streamlines the entire recruiting process efficiently.
This new integration of JobTarget’s OneClick system will give HR staffs and Hiring Managers a way to identify niche job boards for their job postings and post jobs to one or multiple job boards with just ‘one click’ – post button.
